Chicken, ham and mushroom cake
Prepared in an hour

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to flavor and blitz until smooth, then use the mixture to fill the 500g dried cannelloni pipes (using a piping case could be the easiest way to achieve this). Arrange the cannelloni pipes into the prepared ovenproof meal.
Make the tomato sauce by blending the 1kg passata, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp sweetener and 2 crushed garlic cloves in a bowl. Period to taste and put across cannelloni. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 mins, then get rid of the foil and bake for another 20 mins or until bubbling.
Scatter throughout the tiny a small number of torn fresh basil leaves and divide between plates. This will be fantastic served hot with salad .
